The library board election is a very important election. It is a contested election, with five candidates running for three positions.
Here are some resources to learn about the candidates:
May 7, Wednesday, 7–8:30 PM—LWV Library Board Candidate Forum, 1912 Center, Great Room.

check your polling location
see your sample ballot
request an absentee ballot
Here are some important dates:
April 25: Deadline to register to vote or you can register at the polls on Election Day
May 5–16: Early voting at the Auditor’s office.
May 9: Deadline to request an absentee ballot
May 20: Election
Polling locations: Voters who voted at the UI Recreation Center will vote at the Kibbie Done. All other locations are the same as for the November 2024 Election.
